On January 6th, the leading Jihadi online forums published a video tape made by Al-Qaeda’s No. 2 leader, Ayman Al-Zawahiri, calling on Muslims around the world to attack Israeli and western targets around the world, following the events in Gaza. In the tape, Al-Zawahiri claimed that the Israeli activity in Gaza is part of the western crusade against Islam, and claimed that the elected U.S. president, Barak Obama, is Israel’s accomplice.
