Graduated the Interdepartmental College for Command and Headquarters and holds a bachelor’s degree in Orientalism from Tel Aviv University. Retired from the Prime Minister’s Office, after 12 years in the Arab sector and 3 years as a diplomat in Tashkent (Uzbekistan) and San Francisco. An active reservist, Lt. Col. (res.).  Serves for 21 years in the IDF Hostage Negotiating Team, as spokesman and commander of the “frontal” team. Owner of crisis management, negotiation and Mediation Company (IW – Initiative wins) and partner in 3 biometric identification companies
