Born in Latvia, a fighter in the Israeli Air Force combat unit, a correspondent for international and security affairs in an Israeli Russian-language daily newspaper, a graduate of the Security Studies Program at Tel Aviv University, a PhD graduate of the History School at Tel Aviv University, visiting lecturer at Tel Aviv University and Reichman University, visiting research fellow at University of Oxford, the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (USHMM) and Yad Vashem (2019).
