Prof. Phineas Dickstein

Research Fellow, International Institute for Counter-Terrorism (ICT), Reichman University, Herzliya, Founder and CEO, Dr. Phineas Dickstein Technologies Ltd., Israel

Doctor of Engineering Science (D.Sc) from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology and a Post-Doc fellowship at the University of Toronto, Canada. Holds also a B.A in History from the Open University and a M.A in Government-Counter Terrorism Policy from Reichman University, Herzlia. He was a Senior Scientist in a government research institute and an adjunct Prof at the Technion, where he supervised twenty graduate students towards M.Sc and Ph.d. Phineas published about sixty papers in International Scientific Journals and tens other Scientific and Technological reports.

His main subjects of interest and activities in the frame of ICT are Non-Conventional Terror and the History of Terror in South America in the 20th Century.
