Mr. Oz Noy

Mr. Oz Noy is a Fellow at the International Institute for Counter-Terrorism (ICT) at Reichman University.

Prior to joining the ICT, Mr. Noy served in various operational and leadership positions at the Israeli Security Agency (ISA Shabak) where he served for 31 years and retired as a position equivalent to Major General.

His last position was Head of the Israel and Abroad Division. He is an expert on counterterrorism, intelligence, Palestinian and international terrorism. Prior to joining the ISA, he enlisted in the IDF where he served as a Company commander with the rank of Captain.

Mr. Oz Noy has a BA in Social Sciences from Bar Ilan University and an Executive MBA from Bar Ilan University.

In 2020-2021, he served as a Distinguished Visiting Fellow on behalf of the ISA at the ICT.
