Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be provided based on the following criteria:
- Cancellation Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to the summit registration office at [email protected]
- Timeframe:
- Up to 60 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- 59 to 30 days before the event: 50% refund of the registration fee.
- Less than 30 days before the event: No refund will be issued.
- Special Circumstances:
- In the case of medical emergencies, natural disasters, ongoing war, or other extraordinary circumstances, attendees may request a special consideration for a refund. These requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be accompanied by appropriate documentation.
Summit Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the Shabtai Shavit World Summit on Counter-Terrorism 2025 is canceled by the organizers, registrants will receive a full refund of the registration fee. The ICT is not responsible for refunding any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by attendees.
