Program coming soon

The 2025 Shabtai Shavit World Summit on Counter-Terrorism brought together senior policymakers, security professionals, and academics to examine Israel’s evolving role in a rapidly shifting global security environment following October 7 and the ensuing multi-front war. Over four days, the summit focused on key strategic challenges – including Iran’s growing influence, the transformation of modern warfare, rising global extremism, and the erosion of international legitimacy – while emphasizing the need to align military success with long-term political strategy and international coordination.

World Summit participants are individually responsible for organizing their accommodations for the event.

Each year, the ICT team attempts to negotiate special discounted rates for World Summit participants. Such discounts will be listed on this page if they become available. All accommodations and any associated discounts on this page are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be provided based on the following criteria:

  1. Cancellation Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to the summit registration office at [email protected]

  • 59 to 30 days before the event: 50% refund of the registration fee.
  • Less than 30 days before the event: No refund will be issued.
  1. Special Circumstances:
  • In the case of medical emergencies, natural disasters, ongoing war, or other extraordinary circumstances, attendees may request a special consideration for a refund. These requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be accompanied by appropriate documentation.

In the unlikely event that the Shabtai Shavit World Summit on Counter-Terrorism 2026 is canceled by the organizers, registrants will receive a full refund of the registration fee. The ICT is not responsible for refunding any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by attendees.
