During his long military career, Dr. Brig. Gen. (Res.) Ephraim Lapid was a senior officer in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) Intelligence Corps, served as the IDF Spokesperson, and was a senior instructor at the National Defense College. He was also the head of Israel Army Radio, Galei Zahal.
