Alexander Pack
Alex Pack is a Researcher, Digital Marketing Manager, and Co-host of the (F)Acts of Terror Podcast at the International Institute for Counter-Terrorism (ICT) at Reichman University. As a researcher, Alex currently analyzes emerging trends and threats in the global far-right. In addition to his work with the ICT, Alex has also served as a guest lecturer in BA and MA courses and currently works as a Teaching Assistant in several courses at Reichman University. Alex also serves as the Co-Managing Editor of the International Counter-Terrorism Review, a leading peer-reviewed academic journal for young professionals in terrorism and counter-terrorism studies.
Prior to his current position, Alex served as an intern and later research assistant at the ICT, and as a history teacher in the United States.
Alex holds a BA in Education, with an emphasis in History from Maryville University, and recently completed the courses for the MA in Counter-Terrorism and Homeland Security, with an emphasis in Cyber Terrorism, from the Lauder School of Government, Diplomacy and Strategy at Reichman University. After completing the requirements for the MA in Counter-Terrorism and Homeland Security, Alex began writing his thesis under the supervision of Dr. Eitan Azani.
His research interests include counterterrorism, counter-insurgency, global far-right extremism, and terror/extremist use of the internet.
