Mr. Adi Rotem
Adi Rotem currently serves as a strategic advisor specializing in negotiation and crisis management, providing solutions for complex challenges that require creative thinking and professional leadership.
With over 25 years of experience in senior security positions at the Prime Minister’s Office, Adi Rotem has specialized in operational intelligence and strategic management. Throughout his career, he held a variety of senior roles, including field and management positions, with a focus on addressing Palestinian terrorism in its various forms. He also served in senior management positions in SIGINT-Cyber, maintaining close connections with the Arab-Palestinian sector.
Mr. Rotem is an expert in strategic negotiation management, with extensive experience as a senior member of the national negotiation team for the release of prisoners and missing persons. As part of this role, he participated in managing significant and sensitive processes, including serving as a key member of the team that led the hostage release deal in November 2023 (Operation “Iron Swords”).
Mr. Rotem has a Bachelor’s degree in Middle Eastern Studies and Islam from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and two Master’s Degrees from Tel Aviv University, one in Contemporary Middle Eastern Studies and another in Political Communication.
