Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Boaz Gilad is a highly accomplished leader with over 30 years of experience managing complex operations, budgets, and teams across diverse environments. He brings a proven track record in driving growth, efficiency, and innovation while fostering a results-oriented culture. His expertise spans security, logistics, procurement, supply chain management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
Currently, Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Gilad is the Co-Founder and Chairman of BDiverse and the Co-Founder and CEO of S.T. Impact, companies that deliver innovative solutions for optimizing supply chain management, business continuity, community resilience, and public safety through the integration of advanced technologies. He also serves as a Business Development Partner at LogistiCare. From December 2020 to January 2023, he was the Founder and CEO of BizWatch, a startup utilizing AI and machine learning to optimize procurement, supply chains, and trade.
Previously, from June 2019 to November 2020, Gilad served as Co-Founder and CEO of BDiverse, a company he helped establish to tackle core challenges in procurement and supply chain operations. Between 2016 and February 2019, he held the role of Head of the Logistics Division in the Israel National Police with the rank of Major General. In this role, he oversaw a division of more than 500 personnel and directed the work of an additional 500 logistics and operations staff nationwide. He was responsible for managing logistics, procurement, construction, maintenance, inventory, weaponry, transportation, safety, and functional continuity, overseeing a budget of NIS 2.5 billion annually.
From 1996 to 2015, Gilad served in the Israel Security Agency (ISA), where he held a variety of classified and sensitive positions. Between 2012 and 2015, he served as Head of Operations and Logistics Staff and as a member of the Service Staff Forum. His responsibilities included end-to-end logistics operations, procurement, emergency preparedness, safety, and the development of functional continuity strategies that were integrated into organizational policy and practice.
Earlier in his career, he also served at the Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs, bringing his experience and insights to international and national strategic frameworks.
Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Gilad holds a B.A. in Political Science from Bar-Ilan University and an M.B.A. from the Executive Education Program at the University of Haifa.
