Chief Superintendent (Ret.) Baruch (Hagai) Goldman served 35 years in the Israeli security forces. A former officer (10 years) at the Israeli National Counterterrorism Unit (“Yamam”), an Agents Operator in the Gaza Strip working at the Prime Minister Office (ISA), Deputy chief of an undercover unit (the “Gidonim”), and a commander of a Surveillance Unit. Prior to his retirement, he served as the Commander of the Israeli Crisis Negotiation Unit (I.C.N.U). An expert in HLS, specifically crisis management: cyber extortion, kidnapping, hostage taking, and more. He speaks Arabic and is well-versed in Islamic culture. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Ben-Gurion University (with distinction) and an M.A. in Law from Bar-Ilan University. Baruch received a Medal of Distinguished Service for heroic bravery.
