Col. (Res.) Roni Tseilon

Col. (Res.) Tseilon is a senior expert in strategic planning, data-driven intelligence, and psychological operations, with over 25 years of experience in Israel’s national security establishment.

Throughout his distinguished career, Col. (Res.) Tseilon held numerous senior leadership positions, commanding complex research and intelligence units and overseeing substantial operational budgets. He specialized in establishing joint technology-based units and developing sophisticated methodologies for threat assessment and operationalizing strategic insights within multi-constraint environments.
Currently, Col. (Res.) Tseilon serves as a Senior Advisor on Strategy and Influence for government agencies and private sector companies. His professional expertise lies in forging strategic national and international partnerships and leading organizational change within complex systems. He continues his military service as a Colonel in the Reserves within the IDF Operations Division.
Col. (Res.) Tseilon holds an MBA specializing in Strategy, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship from Ono Academic College, and a B.A. in Political Science, focusing on National Security and Strategy, from Bar-Ilan University. He is a graduate of senior management programs within the security establishment and a certified directors’ course.
