Col. (Res.) Elad Keren-Kershner

Col. (Res.) Keren-Kershner is a fellow with the International Institute for Counter-Terrorism (ICT) at Reichman University.

Prior to joining the ICT, Col. Keren-Kershner, served for nearly three decades in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). Through his illustrious career, Col. Keren-Kershner held a variety of roles including: Commander of the Intelligence Unit on Hezbollah and Lebanon (2008-2012), Commander of the Northern Basin (Syria and Lebanon) Operations Division of Military Intelligence (2012-2015), Commander of the Collections and Field Operations Division of Military Intelligence (2012-2015). He finished his military service as Commander of the Military Control and Command Center (2015-2018).

Col. Keren-Kershner completed his BA in Middle Eastern Studies at Bar Ilan University in 1998, his MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2005, and began a PhD program at Bar Ilan University in 2019.
