Major General (Ret.) Arieh Amit

Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Arieh Amit served in the Israel Police from 1975 to 1997 in various capacities such as Commander Chief of the Jerusalem District, Head of Operations, Chief of the Traffic Division, Chief of the Dan Region and Deputy Chief of Tel Aviv Special Detection and Intelligence Squad.

Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Amit was released from the Israel Defense Force (IDF) as Captain, his last position was Operations Officer in Special Units. From 1998 to 2009, he worked in various capacity in the private sector.

Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Amit is a graduate of Tel-Aviv University School of Business, Haifa University Program in International Relations, Military and Police Programs as well as Havard University School of Business – Advanced International Management Program.
