Dr. Tal Pavel

Dr. Tal Pavel holds a Ph.D in Middle Eastern Studies from the Bar Ilan University. His specialties and interests deal with the Middle East and Islamic World useage of the internet. Dr. Pavel’s Ph.D examined the governmental restrictions changes concerning the use of the internet in Syria, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates between the years 2002-2005. Dr. Pavel has an in-depth professional background in Information Systems in a variety of positions including Project Manager and System Analyst.
