Felix Neumann is Policy Advisor for Counter-Terrorism at the Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation (KAS) in Berlin. He is also a member of the grassroots think tank Polis180. He holds a Master of Arts in War and Conflict Studies from the University of Potsdam and completed his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Halle-Wittenberg in Political Science and History. Mr. Neumann’s current work focuses on Islamic terrorism in Europe, the situation in Afghanistan since the Taliban came into power, and the supervision of the Working Group for Counter-Terrorism and Domestic Security. Prior to that, he interned at the Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation in Berlin as well as in Kazakhstan, the German Bundestag, and the Institute for Parliamentary Research (IParl).
