Dr. Abraham Wagner
Dr. Abraham Wagner is Lecturer in Law at the Columbia Law School, Visiting Professor at New York University, and Senior Fellow at the Center for Advanced Studies on Terrorism.
He is an expert in national security law, specializing in domestic and international legal aspects of advanced communications and information technologies, use of military force, development of national security strategy, and intelligence operations. Before joining the Columbia University faculty, he served in senior positions at the National Security Council, the Department of Defense, and for the Director of Central Intelligence. Since joining the Columbia faculty, Dr. Abraham Wagner has taught courses on Technology and National Security, Intelligence Estimates, and Cyberlaw and Cybersecurity.
